Australian Open 2010 Recap

Now, it's time to recap 2010 Australian Open. From Qualifying Round to Grand Final.
From Day 1 of Qualifying to The Last Day (Grand Finals).
Many seeds from all categories falling down in the Preliminaries.
Now, we want to recap 2010 Australian Open.
But sorry, only the most of the great match that I recap.

Qualifying Day 1
This is the first Qualifying Day of 2010 Australian Open. Surprise and surprise still on to the side. The Preliminaries of Qualifying Round has just started. Only the great match that I recap here. The first one is Brendan Evans, who falls in the match vs Philipp Oswald, in the Qualifying Round Preliminaries. I think that was amazing, but Brendan Evans is the first seed that fall in Men's Qualifying Round. Than we have Sebastien de Chaunac, who falls against Ivan Dodig. De Chaunac falls straight set against Dodig. What's a tight match, everybody! Still Men's Singles Qualifying Round, Josselin Ouanna who seeded 13 lose to Joseph Sirianni, 63 36 62. What's a difficult match that we can see! Another seed, Albert Ramos-Vinolas, lose to Antonio Veic in second set 64 63. The great match that seeds eliminated. The great is, seeded player wins the Qualifying Preliminaries Round. For the example, David Guez. He beats unseeded player, Ruben Bemelmans, by the score 64 46 61. The match is tight, but exciting! And the first seed of the qualifying round, Xavier Malisse, wins against Alex Kuznetsov with 62 76 (5). This is the greatest day of Qualifying Round for me.

Qualifying Day 2
Welcome to the Qualifying Day 2! Still same thing with Qualifying Day 1, but this Qualifying Round contains Women's Qualifying Round too. Seeds lose by unseeded player, for example Rui Machado. He lose against Alex Bogomolov Jr., with the two sets, 63 75. I think, what happen with this match? For the Women's Qualifying Singles, the thing that we can't forget is Yanina Wickmayer. Seeded 1st in the Qualifying Round, she advanced to 2nd Qualifying Round (Preliminaries Qualifying) after beating Yurika Sema 46 60 75. This is one of the greatest Qualifying Match. Now, after all qualifying matches, we are going to the Qualifying Day 3.

Qualifying Day 3
Same as before, this is one of the greatest day in the Qualifying Round. The players were great. We have some great player that qualifies to Finals of the Qualifying Round. That excites me to do well next day. Some of the great match here. For Women's Qualifying Singles, I pick Angelique Kerber vs Andrea Hlavackova is the best. The results is, Angelique Kerber wins against Andrea Hlavackova, than by two sets, 62 63. This one is the greatest match of Women's Qualifying Singles that I have see. Than, I have the greatest match in Men's Qualifying Singles at Qualifying Day 3. The match is Conor Niland vs Jesse Witten. Seeded 23th, Witten lose against Niland 26 61 64. For sure, we can see the match statistics, but sorry, I'm not post the statistics here. You can come back on Qualifying Day 4 for the Finals of the Qualifying.

Qualifying Day 4
Welcome to Qualifying Day 4, the last day of Qualifying Round in 2010 Australian Open. After the long match at First and Second Qualifying Round, now is the time when players can do better after last-last round. The first important is, Xavier Malisse vs Rik De Voest. Malisse that seeded 1st going to the Main Draw after beat De Voest with the tight score 61 46 75. Different with Ksenia Porvak. Ksenia who seeded 17th eliminated from The Finals of the Qualifying after defeated by Regina Kullikova who seeded 2nd. The match is tight, but the score is not too tight. The score at that match is 76 (3), 61. And, congratulations to all Qualifiers to participate in to the match and congratulations to all Qualifiers who qualified into Main Draw!

After the tight Qualifying Round, we have Day 1 until Day 14 recap. Sorry for uncompleted recap, but I choose the best match that represent on the day.

Main Draw Day 1
Welcome to the First Day of the Main Draw, Day 1. Some of the great match reported here as representative of that day. In the first day, we have 1st Preliminary Round that begins on Day 1. Before that, we have Main Draw that held January 17, and HIT FOR HAITI. The one of all first match that opening the tournament is Maria Kirilenko vs Maria Sharapova. Sharapova that comeback after injuries lose against Kirilenko. The score of the match is 76 (4) 36 64. In the evening, many matches cancelled and suspended because rain. The big match contains Jelena Jankovic vs Monica Niculescu is cancelled because rain. All cancelled match is held on Day 3, and all suspended match is held at Day 2. So, let's go to Main Draw Day 2!

Main Draw Day 2
Welcome to Main Draw Day 2! All match from Day 1 Suspended Match all finished! The greatest match that will be the longest match on Day 2 were on Court 19 and Margaret Court Arena. Nicolas Almagro beat Xavier Malisse into 5 sets, that the match ends before Mikhail Youzhny vs Richard Gasquet. Almagro wins 76 (12) 64 26 64 8-6. The match is so tight. And the last match that long is Mikhail Youzhny vs Richard Gasquet. Youzhny wins the match 67 (9) 46 76 (2) 76 (4) 64. The match so tight than ever I said. Women's Singles match that for me is tight than ever is Gisela Dulko vs Zuzana Kucova. Dulko wins the game 60 57 75. Now, we are going to Day 3 and find the best results there!

Main Draw Day 3
Welcome to Main Draw Day 3. And this is the day when Preliminaries Round 2 held, day 4 too. I think this is the time to report Round 2 Results. But not all results reported here. The tightest match is Marin Cilic vs Bernard Tomic that held on Rod Laver Arena. Cilic wins the game with 5 sets, the score is 67 (6) 63 46 62 64. The greatest score that I have know. One tightest match again is in Women's Singles. Aravane Rezai lose against Angelique Kerber, but it's in 2 sets! 62 63 is the score of the match. We are going to Day 4 for more Round 2 Results.

Main Draw Day 4
Now, we are going to Main Draw Day 4. The day when another match for Round 2 is held. We have another longest match again. Nicolas Almagro defeats Benjamin Becker 5 sets too, but I think this is the longest match on Day 4. The score is 64 62 36 46 63. Exciting score for me, but the match is tiring each other, sure? From Day 4, Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles First Round held. The greatest Women's Singles match on Day 4 for me is Gisela Dulko vs Ana Ivanovic. But, Ivanovic lose! The score of the match is 67 (6) 75 64. We are going to Main Draw Day 5 and see the next round!

Main Draw Day 5
Welcome to Day 5, the day when all tight match are here. We are picking the tightest match that I have see. And, in Men's Singles, Andy Roddick defeats Feliciano Lopez on 4 sets. And I think this is tight too. The score is 67 (4) 64 64 76 (3). And this is the tight match that I have seen before. Now, we are going to the next category. I think this is the crazy match. Juan Martin del Potro defeats Florian Mayer in that I think it's the funny score. 63 06 64 75 is the score. Maybe another people in the second set saying like this, "Why Del Potro gets 6-0 on the second set, and I think he can win on the second set?" That question make me confuse :-?. This is the tight match too, that Rafael Nadal def. Philipp Kohlschreiber in 4 sets, 64 62 26 75. Day 5 is the day when Mixed Doubles Day 1 started. So, good luck in the Day 6!

Main Draw Day 6
Hello, guys! Welcome to the Day 6 of the tournament! We are choosing for the tightest match of the day. The second choice of the tightest match of the day (for me) is Jo-Wilfried Tsonga vs Tommy Haas. Tsonga wins the game 64 36 61 75. Exciting game! And the number one for the tightest match of the day is the match of John Fitzgerald / Anders Jarryd vs Mansour Bahrami / Wally Masur. This category is Legends' Doubles 45 and Over. Great match, but I think the score is fun for me! The score is 63 67 (4) [10-2]. We have the shortest match of the day, when Mikhail Youzhny says walkover from the match against Lukasz Kubot, because wrist injury. And another walkovers that we have see on the match. And we have know this match, Fernando Verdasco vs Stefan Koubek. Verdasco wins the match after 61 at the first set. And, Koubek wants to retire from the match because illness (I think it's fever ... oh man!), than Verdasco wins the game ONLY ONE SET !!! Do you have knowing the game is only one set before this one? Now, we want to going to Day 7 of Australian Open or First Sunday of Australian Open. See you next day!

Main Draw Day 7
Welcome to the first Sunday of 2010 Australian Open! We have see the match at Day 6, that all matches completed (sure!). We have the tightest match from Rod Laver Arena, that Andy Roddick defeated Fernando Gonzalez. Roddick beats it on 5 sets, and the score is 63 36 46 75 62. Tight match that excited me! And another greatest match of my life is Marin Cilic vs Juan Martin del Potro. Back to the memory. At 2009 US Open, Marin Cilic defeated by Juan Martin del Potro. And we have going to the 2010 Australian Open. This is impossible match for me. Marin Cilic defeated Juan Martin del Potro on 5 sets! The score of the match is 57 64 75 57 63. What's a tight match! But, this is the simple match for me. Dinara Safina that 2nd seeded retired from the match against Maria Kirilenko after 52 on the first set. I think because injury. Now, we are going to Day 8 for another great results!

Main Draw Day 8
Welcome to Day 8, everybody! We have another great match here that we have report. Nikolay Davydenko defeats Fernando Verdasco on the thriller 5-set-running. The score of the match is tight too, same with the match, 62 75 46 67 (5) 63. And why Daniela Hantuchova / Daniel Nestor is walkover from the match against Ekaterina Makarova / Jaroslav Levinsky? I think because Hantuchova's injury. The Girls' Singles and Boys' Singles has just started from Day 8, and the Grand Finals is on Day 12. Good luck on Day 9 then!

Main Draw Day 9
This is the great one. Day 9 is the day when the tight Quarterfinals match there. And this is another surprise. Marin Cilic defeats Andy Roddick on the tight quarterfinals, and the score is 76 (4) 63 36 26 63. Another great match, but I think this is the time for looking for the BIG MATCH. Andy Murray wins the Big Match against Rafael Nadal, with the score 63 76 (2) 30 than retired. I know why Nadal retired from the match, because he have tendinitis injury. We are still have Juniors' match, but sorry because I'm not report all Juniors' matches here. So, we are waiting for Day 10 for another results. See you then!

Main Draw Day 10
Guys, welcome to the Day 10, when another Quarterfinals match played. We are going back to the past, when Novak Djokovic beats Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in 3 sets. And in 2010 Australian Open is different. Novak Djokovic face Jo-Wilfried Tsonga again, but lose in the Quarterfinals. Tsonga win the game 76 (8) 67 (5) 16 63 61. What's a tight match then! Now, we have World Team Tennis Exhibition, contains Team Australia and Team International. And the results is, Team Australia beats Team International 22-21. What a great match, everybody! And the wheelchairs' match started at Day 10. Sorry because I'm not report all matches from Wheelchairs' Day 10. I hope you can search it on internet. OK, now, we are going to Day 11 for more matches!

Main Draw Day 11
Welcome to Main Draw Day 11, everybody! I think all categories matches here on Day 11, but with different rounds. We have 1 semifinals match from Men's and Women's Singles, and maybe the Doubles too. And why, the first seed of Women's Wheelchair Doubles, Korie Homan and Jiske Griffioen, walkover from the match against Florence Gravellier / Aniek Van Koot? I think because Griffioen's injury. But I don't know the reason why Korie Homan / Jiske Griffioen retired from the match. We have the tightest match on the semifinals, is Marin Cilic vs Andy Murray. But Murray wins the game, with the score 36 64 64 62, same tight with the match. Now, we are going to Day 12 for more matches, and Women's Doubles Grand Finals!

Main Draw Day 12
Welcome to Day 12, the day when 2 days again the tournament ends. The match still the same, tight, and I know the match is same tight than before. The first is Women's Doubles Grand Finals, when Williams' Sisters wins over Cara Black / Liezel Huber, for the 2 sets, 64 63! Amazing then! Congratulations to Williams' Sisters and thank you for all participants who participate in Women's Doubles. We have Mixed Doubles Semifinals too, but sorry I'm not report it all. The Wheelchairs' is going to Grand Final too at Day 12, but sorry I'm not reported it too ... because another match. The simplest match is here, David Wagner defeats Nicholas Taylor only 60 60, on Quad Wheelchair Singles. So, good luck all on Day 13!

Main Draw Day 13
We are going to all categories Grand Final, except Men's Singles Grand Final and Mixed Doubles Grand Final, that held on Day 14, and Women's Doubles that held on Day 12, and another Grand Final that held on Day 12. Thank you for all participants to participate in Men's Wheelchair Singles. Now, we have the greatest Grand Final of my life, Women's Singles Grand Final! The match is great too, Serena Williams vs Justine Henin. Serena wins it 64 36 62. Congratulations, Serena! Thank you for all participants to participate in Women's Singles. We have the tightest Men's Doubles Grand Final, contains Bob Bryan / Mike Bryan and Daniel Nestor / Nenad Zimonjic. The Bryan Brothers wins the match 63 67 (5), 63. Congratulations, Bob and Mike!
