The theme of this year's Australian Open is "A Whole New Level" (not A Whole New World).

Qualifying Days
Qualifying Day 1
As usual, about 128 players competing each other to qualify to the Main Draw. Here is the Qualifying Day 1 results:
Maybe because rain, Stephane Robert vs Leonardo Tavares is postponed. But if you see that seeds lose at the round, that's the surprise! Make list of surprises, lol! ... year of surprise, here is it!
Qualifying Day 2
At this day, all matches postponed because rain. Here is the match that played, but then postponed because rain.

But not flood yet, guys! The flood still now on at Queensland. But, don't worry, all will be OK. This is the fun fact: At Court 21, Stephane Robert vs Leonardo Tavares is suspended for the second time. Hmm ... I think the match is remind us to the longest match around the world, John Isner vs Nicolas Mahut, lasted total for + 11 hours and 3 days. But I hope the match is end not too long like Isner vs Mahut (this is qualifiers!)
Qualifying Day 3
This is back to normal, no more postponed because rain. People happy about that, so don't worry. Here is the results:

Auction for Queensland Flood Victims

Still remember flood in Queensland, right? Because of them, some of participants at 2011 Australian Open want to raise funds for the flood victims. January 17, 2011, is the day for the auction. Come on guys, let's raise our funds in our countries, to the flood victims in Queensland. If you want to help, that's okay, it may be better. But if not, it's okay, optional.
